Numerical controller is playing important role for improving working efficiency and prolonging knife life-span.This paper is a cutting control system which is low cost,high efficiency and reliable.The hardware of system adopt the LPC2138 and transplant the higher stability RTOS-μC/OS-Ⅱ.In order to improve cutting stock efficiency and material utilization ratio.This paper combine the greedy algorithm and divide and rule tactics to solve cutting stock problem.Through the test,this algorithm has higher efficiency and reliability.
