Applying the expert system,a crops diseases and insect pests diagnosis system with threelayer B/S architect is designed according to both the characteristics of diseases and insect pests for crops and the diagnostic features,which has the functions of query,diagnosis and consulting.The information of the diseases and insect pests can be added,queried and identified,and the treatment strategies may be offered.
