Evolvement of GIS spatial Data Research

GIS is a new technique developing with Computer technique, its applications and re- search fields are broaden widely and sharply with it too. This paper describes its researching field and status in quo. According to the development of current technique, such as topology ambiguity intro- duced by spatial data error or ambiguity, spatial consequence, spatial query and its language used, analyst and research are made on the developing tendency of GIS and the problems in century 21st.
