In the control system,the sensor plays the crucial role in sensing and measuring the varied data,but the noise originated in use directly affects the control system.Thoroughly expounds the origination,showing and coordination mode of noise in use.As far as the elimination of the noise is concerned,the source of noise should be prohibited:the balance mode adapted in circuit design,the circle line avoided in devising the electric circuit,free touching the land,too.The electric line should be covered with plastics,protection line used,thin metal layer preferable as to high frequency noise.While thick metal layer to low frequency or strong magnetic field.Moreover,the feature of sensor,especially the signal level,should be equally considered.
