In neuromodeling,space-mapping technique is used to simplify the relation between the NN's training data and teaching data and therefore to reduce the cost for training. In both space-mapping technique and NN technique,a large quantity of frequency samples is always required. In this paper,a Stoer-Bulirsch adaptive frequency sampling(S-B AFS) technique is used to decrease the cost for such frequency sweeps.Numerical results confirm the validity of this approach in both reducing the sampling time and in increasing the accuracy of the neuromodel.
