Discussion on IP interconnection services over MSTP equipments

Along with the development of IP based data communication in SDH optical network,the implementation of IP over SDH technology provided by MSTP equipments is widely adopted.But experiences for Ethernet interconnection service among equipment made by different manufacturers are still lacking.This article introduces the working principle of Ethernet Board.By taking a test example of Ethernet interconnection between two manufacturers′ equipment,it discusses the configuration,performance as well as the solution for SDH alarm.
