Moving Object Detection Technology in Video Sequences

Moving object detection is one of the most important issues in applied vision research.Aiming at detecting and locating the moving object from image sequence,an efficient approach of detecting moving objects in video sequences is proposed.In combination of successive inter-frame difference and ostu threshold to segment the pretreated image,we can extract the motion region.By using morphological filter,we can remove noise,improve the effect of the extracted motion region and locate the object approximately.The results of experiments indicate that the proposed algorithms are effective.
