A Web Services Architecture Based on OWL-S

Web service is a new application model for decentralized computing,and it is also an effective mechanism for the data and service integration on the Web.In this paper analyses the current Web services architecture,and proposes a new Web services architecture based on OWL-S.Also introduces the Web service discovering and invoking mechanism that supports dynamic services matching and binding over the Internet.
