Communication encoding scheme based on Chinese remainder theorem

In order to ensure the safety of communication information,the Chinese remainder theorem over polynomial ring is applied to the communication coding,based on introduction and analysis of Chinese remainder theorem of polynomial ring,as well as using flag bits to ensure that the receiver is able to decode correctly. And proof of that the new encoding scheme has less and more simple calculation,higher decoding accuracy rate, less information need transmission, lower channel load, higher transmission rate,comparing with the traditional communication coding which is based on Chinese remainder theorem.
