Long-distance heart emergency system based on mobile networks

This paper introduces a first-aid system in allusion to cardiopathy patient based on mobile communication networks.It samples ECG data of the patient by mobile instrument and sends them to the nearest hospital.According to the data,doctors draw a treat plan and prepare for the treatment.Further more,this system can be used for the custody of the illness.
