Research on Stability of Application Layer Multicast Based on NICE Protocol

The application level multicast tree is composed of the end hosts which can not ensure the stability of the multicast tree.Based on live streaming,this paper proposes a new cluster-leader selected algorithm in NICE protocol through analyzing of end hosts' behavior and capabilities,and adds the Redundant Virtual Link to reconstruction of the application level multicast tree,in order to improve the stability of NICE protocol.
