The key in strong randomness is needed in image encryption. The key generation algorithm based on chaotic cryptography has a large key space, and however, not all keys in the space are of strong randomness. This paper presents a chaotic image cryptography based on exhaustive entropy. The chaotic signal is generated by Lorenz system, and with binary quantization in group, the only one group with larger entropy is selected for image encryption and decryption processing.Meanwhile, the analysis on encrypted image security shows that the proposed image encryption scheme is of higher robustness than the traditional chaotic image encryption scheme.
