Aiming at the request of the database of water regime in 'QingJiang valley water regime analysis and simulation system', we design the Qingjiang valley water regime database based on the selected database-Oracle platform. Through the optimizing the ORACLE database configuration, establishment of the database object such and the maintenance of the Qingjiang valley water regime database, and so on, the database can offer high reliability and safe accessing for multi-users in high speed.
