Application Study of Lean Idea in the Construction of Green Substation

In this article,the characteristic and situation of transformer substation engineering construction were analyzed,and the necessity of building the green substation was expounded.Then to apply the Lean idea in the construction of substation was proposed.Integrative work of designing and constructing,last planner system based planning and 4 saving 1 environment protected were used as the application of Lean idea during construction of the green substation.
