Web Based MIS for Personnel Premium in A University

The MIS for the premium management in a university is developed in terms of three layers of Web Browser/Web Server structure.This paper discusses basic models,design of the structure and some problems in design and application in detail.The MIS is not only used for management of personnel premium successfully,but also provides a lot of helpful information for effective management of the teaching and resarch due to data analysis.
