Indicator system of preliminary review quantization for sci-tech periodical editing

According to the survey of existing preliminary review by editors,some factors influencing the paper writing were analyzed together with the reasons and possibilities of quantization.Based on this,a qualitative analysis was carried out for the establishment of an indicator system and its operation principles.The proposed method provides a new concept and mode for quantization study on preliminary review for sci-tech periodicals.
