Research and Practice on LVS Cluster with Good Performance and Flexibility

In the performance research of network system, cluster technology is an important method to enhance the synthetical performance. This paper discusses how to configurate LVS cluster on Linux operating system, expounds its systematic structure, designing method, describes three Ip layer's equilibrium load ways: Netword address translation, Ip tunneling and Direct routing and four scheduling algorithms which can satisfy various demands: RR, WRR, LC and WLC.
