Study on Comprehensive Security Monitoring System of Qinghai-Tibet Railway

The Qinghai-Tibet Railway is the highest and longest plateau railway line in the world.In order to ensure operation safety and put into practice the thinking of unattended,strengthened monitoring,less maintenance,maintenance-free,a set of comprehensive security monitoring system has been designed.The hardware system may be subjected to smooth expansion according to actual demand so as to support access of objects and subsystems at all levels;the software system may be customized according to actual demand on the basis of modularization and configuration.In this paper,the block diagram of the overall structure of the comprehensive security monitoring system is given.The functions of the comprehensive security monitoring and management information systems,security monitoring and management platform,access subsystem of safety inspection and monitoring information and processing and integrated application sub-systems are expounded.Through the proposed system,monitoring information collected by all types of existing monitoring-control systems is concentrated and shared for analysis and for integrated application in improvement in traffic control regulations, standardization of unified management of manual check information,perfection of the security management system and innovation of professional maintenance systems.Strong technical support is provided for the safety operation systems of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway.
