Cognitive diagnosis models are the core of cognitive diagnosis theory which is the psychological measurement theory of a new generation.They could be classified two,one is the latent trait models and the other is the latent class models.The latent class models which are used to analysis examinees' answering process and then find their important subskills involved in domain competence,overcoming CCT and IRT,are the landmark of psychological measurement.The article introduced RSM,which is a basic latent class model firstly,and then deals with the other new latent class models.Finally,it gives the evaluation and the view of them.
