ANALYSIS OF THE STRATEGIC POSITION OF INFORMATION IN MAKING POLICY

The arrival of the era of knowledge economy makes the fundamental position of information in government administration fully revealed. Accordingly the upsurge of reforming is in the making, which changes the working method and the administrating method of the government. On the basis of the analysis of the features of information system, this essay attempts to solve the problems which the government is confronted with and offers a creative pattern, which can be served either as a reference or as a practicable choice.
