The industry capital management platform is designed into three-level of internet system so as database structure. The system structure consists of superior management unit,hypo-level management units and possessive units. For some capital asserts data collected and processed in task processing procedure may refer to secrecy information such us armament research and production. Therefore,every database and software is run in secrecy network/computer environment. The application software design includes base support module and task management module.
