Least-square Solutions of Inverse Problems for Symmetric Doubly Center Matrices

In this paper,we discuss the inverse problem of symmetrically doubly center matrices.The expression of general solution is included.The optimal approximation to given matrixes from the least-squares solution set is provided.A numerical method and the application in the electric network are considered.
