Research on the Linearization of Biosensor Constituted by Phenylalanine Ammonia-lyase

Aiming at the non -linear problem of the biosensor constituted by phenylalanine ammonia-lyase, the paper gives a mathematical model to evaluate the optimum fitting straight, which is based on the least square method and the optimum technique. The calculating program of PLC is described.The experimental result shows that the method overcomes the limit of low accuracy in conventional fitting method and provides a new idea to the study of biosensor's linearity.
