According to the demands of demonstration project of China Seismology Bureau on earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation, a research is done on how to establish earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation computer information system in large scale state owned enterprises (SOE), and also seismic risk, seismogeologic background, hazard prediction and countermeasures against earthquake disasters are discussed The research offers experience and reference for the information management of earthquake disaster prevention and mitigation work in SOE
