Contrast of Arctic route issue strategy based on linguistic information processing

There are such problems as greater subjectivity in the aggregation of linguistic evaluation informations from the experts,linguistic information loss and distortion,etc,in Arctic route issue strategy contrast analysis.A comprehensive multi-attribute group decision-making method based on linguistic information processing was developed to solve above problems.The evaluation index system for Arctic route issue strategy contrast was established by using Delphi method,then a decision-making model was developed to obtain the results from contrast of Arctic route issue strategic evaluation.Research indicates that the proposed method can effectively aggregate linguistic informations with less loss,which can help people to understand current situation correctly so as to put forward feasible plan for the Arctic route issue.
