The regulations on the disclosure of higher school's information has been executed On September 1,2010,it is a great event in higher education.It is very necessary that discussing the important problems of the law,when the universities formulate rules.There are a series of measures in system design of the way to public higher school's information,so its implementation deficiency depends on some relevant rules which details it further clearly.
