Development of Temperature/Pressure Controlling Four-Probe System and Its Application

In order to meet the needs of experimental teaching and research for polymer physics,a kind of plastic packaging four-probe and metal/ceramic packaging four-probe were designed,and assembled with temperature/pressure controlling units to be a set of multi-usage electrical-resistivity testing system.The metal/ceramic packaging four-probe is composed of metal probes,ceramic/aluminum/copper parts and metal lines so as to be used in high temperature and high pressure.The application results on piezoresistive behavior and resistivity-pressure behavior for conductive EPDM/graphite elastomer show apparent negative temperature coefficient effect and complicate resistivity-pressure response.
