Hematology analyzer is the most frequently used instruments in clinic laboratory testing and as of now those hematology analyzers with the function of leukocyte 5-part differential are quite popular.Hematology analyzers produced by different manufacturers are based on variant principles of determination,taking entirely different test methods,using different reagents in the differential leukocyte counting,and producing different scattergrams,which perplexes the application and interpretation of such scattergrams.This article fully introduces several high-end hematology analyzers produced by a few world well-known manufacturers in accordance with their determination principles and with the facilities of some specific scattergrams.Hoping this would be some help to these hematology analyzer users.
