Application of mail merge in college students management

This paper emphasizes the importance of the application of mail merge in college students management.On this basis,it introduces the specific application of mail merge in students management,with particular to the manufacture of certificate cards for examination,gives a detailed explanation of making certificate cards through using the Microsoft office publisher and word as well as provides some specific and scientific comparison of the two ways. Through all the analysis of the application of mail merge,the paper verifies the superiority of mail merge,and at the end puts forwards some detailed measures on how to strengthen the application of mail merge in college students management.
