Virtual property has actual economy value and character of controlling movables in net-work games, which could be the target of stealing crime; Although the stealing action of that property has the characters of intelligence and virtue, it is same to the stealing action in reality. The stealing of virtual property does harm to society, so it can be regarded as stealing action, and stipulated actually by evaluating to net virtual property.
