This paper introduces a design and realization of a wideband low phase noise frequency synthesizer using LTC6946-2.The output frequency is from 3.1 GHz to 4.9 GHz,and the step is 10 MHz.The phase noise is lower than-97.8 dBc / Hz at 1kHz and-99.3 dBc / Hz at 10 kHz.The spur is lower than-90 dBc.
