Research on Call Admission Control Algorithm Based on Degradation for TD-SCDMA Trunking Caller

TD-SCDMA trunking communication system based on the third generation mobile communication system can carry different types of trunking services, which also can provide users with QoS guarantees. A new CAC is given based on traditional CAC which is on the condition of degradation by combining of multimedia features and characteristics of the trunking caller user. The effectiveness of the new CAC is verified by simulating both of CAC algorithms.
