Operation Effectiveness Evaluation for Anti-Terrorism Troop Based on Gray Custer Method
Feng Dai · Command Control & Simulation · 2009
The assessment of anti-terrorism troop combat capacity has practical significance for impelling the construction of the armored force and improving the battle effectiveness. According to the primary factors that influence anti-terrorism military, this paper establishes a relatively comprehensive system of evaluated guideline. The effectiveness index weights are achieved with AHP method. The sub-effectiveness value is combined into anti-terrorism system operational effectiveness with the gray custer method. The core of gray custer evaluation method consists of three parts: sample matrix, gray class and whitenization weight function, so as to come to quantization evaluation of anti-terrorism troop operational effectiveness. Finally, the evaluating model is proved to be reasonable, effective and feasible by analyzing and calculating with an example.
