An Evaluation Method for Classification

A new measure of classification new-macro-F1 is proposed according to the analysis of how the training dataset affect the classification result.The experiments show that the new measure remains stable on different dataset and when given the performance of an algorithm on one dataset,the precision on the other dataset could be estimated by the help of new measure.
