Research on radar identification method based on syntactic pattern recognition

Aiming at the problem of difficult radar identification caused by complex system with similar parameters,a radar identification method based on syntactic pattern recognition is presented. Firstly the structure of known radar pulse data is analyzed,and the parameter of radar pulse sequences as the primitive in syntactic pattern recognition are described. Then the extended regular grammar is obtained through training the known samples,and a multidigit finite automaton is constructed to be the recognizer. Finally the radar sample data is selected to have recognizing experiment. The theoretical analysis and experimental results proved reliability and effectiveness of the syntax method.
