Public key infrastructure(PKI)is the base and core of network security construction.CA can identify the user by digital certificate.In this paper,the digital certificate frame and PKI tech- nique are researched and analyzed deeply.A CA system based on intranet is designed which can make kinds of certificates,convert their formats,revoke them and so on.The digital certificate is used to encrypt and sign the data information,so the security and reliability of intranet data transmission can be expected.
