High precision AD converter based on SCM

It is introduced that improve the accuracy of the A/D conversion usually of two methods.One is change the range dynamic,the other is change the reference voltage value in the real-time.For the first method and give a detailed illustration,introduce the specific method to have that eight A/D conversion accuracy is improved to eleven.Through designing the digital voltmeter experiment,using SCM control ADC0809 to have two conversion and illustrates how to improve the A/D converter conversion accuracy.The end,the feasibility of the scheme is illustrated.
