Optimal Design of High-lift Airfoil Design Based on Genetic Algorithm Combined with Inverse Design Method

In this paper,a genetic algorithm was employed to optimize target pressure distribution.Once the target pressure distribution was obtained,the corresponding airfoil geometries can be produced by an inverse design method.The airfoil designed by inverse method meets the requirement and optimized airfoils are with good aerodynamic performance.This method uses an independently designed real coded program and improves the traditional algorithm;therefore,it has high computational efficiency and strong robustness and versatility.
