Design of IP VPN system based on three layers switch

Having discussed three existing interconnect methods of IP VPN, this article points out that the main disadvantage of the methods is the high hardware costs. In order to find a solution, the article discusses the definition, protocol and functions of virtual router and the IP VPN architecture method of virtual router, and mainly discusses three methods using virtual routers to connect and realize IP VPN, namely: the virtual router to the virtual router to pass the second floor; some virtual routers connect to one backbone virtual router; the backbone virtual routers connect to the backbone virtual routers.
