Excel files can provide easy editing and powerful data calculations and statistical functions to our statistics,computing and printing.It can bring us great convenience and efficiency.ADO.NET is a new database access technology in Microsoft Net platform.Using ADO.NET database technologies,we can get great efficiency to access almost all kinds of DataBase,and ADO.NET data access technology is the core.This paper has introduced and realized the between DataSet and Excel files under the environment of a new generation programming language C#.
