A Consideration on How to Attract Excellent Manuscripts for Sci-tech Periodicals

On the basis of long-term practice of manuscript collection,the author in this paper makes an in-depth analysis on how to attract excellent manuscripts for sci-tech periodicals.A brief explanation the relationship between excellent periodicals and attraction of excellent manuscripts is given.How to attract excellent manuscripts for sci-tech periodicals is provided from the angle of periodical quality,the platform constructed by periodicals,and the safeguards from periodicals.
