Forecasting Logistics Demand and Development-administration of North of Jiangsu Province Based on GA-BPNN

To build the forecasting model of logistics demand,the paper integrated the factors for logistics demand of north of Jiangsu province and emulated the inner transfer discipline of logistics demand based on BPNN,which was optimized by Genetic Algorithm.The paper validates that the built model has a higher operation efficiency and reliability through analyzing examples years of between 1999 and 2007.At last,the paper give some measures to develop logistics in north of Jiangsu province,combined with the actuality of owned advantages by the district and the development of modern logistics.
