Based on the combination of Client/Server and Browser/Server infrastructure to build management information system,the information with large data can be managed efficiently,quickly and flexibly through requirement analysis and process implement of the middle-size service-centered IT enterprises with mature business form.The paper illustrates the way to achieve harmony between collective management of business data and open management of information service.The system provides a set of scientific,practical and efficient managements for the middle-size chain service enterprises in IT,and is the typical use of MIS system in the chain service enterprises.
