Damage and Occurrence Regularity of Tirathaba rufivena(Walk) in Areca Planting Area of Hainan Province,and Its Control Strategy

Tirathaba rufivena(Walk) was the familiar pest of Areca catectu L.in Hainan province,its common damage percentage was 6.67%～56.67%,even up to 60%～86.67%.The morphological characteristics,biological habits,balefulness cause,and the prevention strategy were given in this paper.
