AbstrcatDiscusses the design of CS5460A based instrement used for measurement of electric quantities,explain why the design adapt to measurement of nonsinusoidal,illustrate how to choose the parameters of element and to calculate the cycle count for guarantee the precision of instrument,point out that CS5460A should not be calibratd in chip for gain for the best accuracy when used with MCU, list the formula for calculating active power,provide the means for figuring out the CS5460A's breakdown.instrument being put into production and application prove that the design is available and reliable.
