The real estate pre-warning system is applied software which can analyze real estate market objectively.The foundation that it design is a flood of real estate information data.The data warehouse technique can gather this information to provide analysis and decision-making.This makes our pre-warning work establish the foundation in dependable information. This article uses spiral development of the software engineering to design data warehouse and uses diagram of information to describe the conceptual model facing to the different topic.It is detailed to expatiate the designs of data warehouse in real estate pre-warning system which contains data modeling,data clearing and data exchange.At last,it describes the implementation of system applying OLAP technology.
