Talking about the Public Security and Emergency Mechanism of University Library

From three aspects of the network security, book pilferaging and fire hazard, this paper probes into the classification of university library’s security problem and the coping mechanism, puts forward corresponding prevention measures from two aspects of the work management and hardware support, and points out that the public security of university library cannot be ignored.
