Prediction mode decision for H.264 based on KVM video

H.264/AVC encoder of computational complexity is hardly used to encode KVM video with a great quantity of part scene changes,a KVM video prediction mode decision is proposed.By the correlation analysis for the luminance component and movement information of the macro block,the part scene change is detected under the circumstance of getting none of video changing area by GUI or Mirror Drive of windows.For an P frame with part scene change the whole INTER modes are skipped to enter INTRA prediction mode decision procedure.Compared with RDO simulation results show the valuable efficiency of reducing20%encoding time for P frames with part scene changes in KVM video.
