Application of Comfortable Nursing in the CCU Nursing

Objective To explore the application method and its value of comfortable nursing in the CCU nursing.Methods From March 2009 to March 2010,125 cases of CCU patients in our hospital were enrolled,individualized psychological analysis was carried out on the basis of CCU routine nursing.The corresponding basic comfort care,the comfortable nursing,psychological nursing,pain nursing,sleep comfort comfortable nursing,postural comfort care,diet comfort care,defecation comfort comfort care were given.Changes about the comfortable nursing on patients before and after the anxiety,fear,depression,mental status were recorded.Results After the comfortable nursing of patients,the rate of anxiety,depression and phobic symptoms dropped 64.0%,59.2% and 44.0%,respectively.After comfortable nursing in patients,the depression,anxiety,and phobic symptoms decreased significantly(P0.01).Conclusion Comfortable nursing care in patients with CCU had a very good role,can significantly reduce anxiety,fear,depression,and mental state in the patients in CCU,but also can enhance the nurse-patient communication,so as to improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction.
