The approaches of improving peer review quality of sci-tech periodicals

For the faster and more effective review process,the approaches of improving peer review quality of sci-tech periodicals are analyzed by choosing peer reviewers,deciding review patterns and controlling review process.It is thought that only by choosing right peer reviewers,adopting appropriate review patterns and reasonably controlling review process,do peer reviewers have a better understanding of periodicals and grasp the academic quality of manuscripts more rightly.
